Ben has been an absolutely wonderful trainer to work with. He helped me accomplish some really aggressive (short-term) goals preparing for a photoshoot and I am excited to continue working with him to achieve all my long-term goals. He has been extremely accommodating, meeting me at my building gym with a prepared thorough plan every time. When I was on travel he has continued to guide me and send check-in messages to keep me motivated. I highly recommend working with Ben.
It's rare to find an individual that is a true master of their craft these days. Most people want to be well rounded so they don't master much of anything. The ladder is not Rodney. He has NEVER eaten lamb...not because he's a vegetarian but because he's craft is the human body & lamb has not fit into the equation to date because Rodney is too focused on building his body to 6% body fat. We originally found Rodney for my 72 year old father that was in desperate need of muscle & mobility to keep up with his new grandson. After just a couple of sessions it was obvious Rodney was going to be a keeper. His positivity is contagious...my father has 5 times the strength & mobility. I too started using Rodney to stretch a couple times a week and it quickly grew to 5 times a week. I honestly didn't think it would make a difference because I've tried everything to become more limber and nothing worked until now. While stretching with Rodney is a complete pain in the ass, (it's actually harder than sparring) it is extremely effective. I consider Rodney as an asset to our lives and I am sure he would be one to yours.
I have had few personal trainers in my quest to reach my goals in fitness for the past 3 years. So, this is not a new year resolution for me. Recently, my TWO!!!! different personal trainers have become a little hard to establish a routine. My overall progress in strength, cardio and flexibility have stalled. Having a bad lower doesn't help, but with a KNOWLEDGEABLE professional trainer, the sky is the limit. Enter here Adam Smith. He is what I was lacking to reach the next level. Adam was quick to communicate, easy to schedule and was on time. Today after my first session, I can tell I finally got a Professional Trainer, that knows his trade. The session was ALL fun, full of new challenges and most important safe to my lower back. The Kickboxing part was an eye opening fun experience. Having a Karate background, I felt back at home. Can't wait for the next session in 3 days. I guess that the saying: "Can't teach an old dog new tricks", doesn't apply to me. At 55 years young, I am ready to learn and kick some serious........ ;-) If you are stuck in your fitness journey or are looking for a lifestyle change, don't waste time and call Adam. I already did the research for you all. You welcome. LOL
Warren was absolutely the sweetest and most enthusiastic trainer ever. He always had new workouts and such a good attitude that put me in the mood to workout. Even though we only trained for 1 month he helped me get back in my rhythm. Thank you for everything! This reviews was extremely overdue.
I love the fact that it's a boxing gym. The workouts are extreme but fun. The motivation here is at a level that I can't even fathom but it keeps me coming back . Trust and believe you get more than your money's worth!
George was my personal trainer for 3 years in Dallas. He was very flexible with my varying schedule and availability. The workouts were geared to my goals quite well, and when I was doing my share and following his routines both in and out of the gym, I saw quite a difference in my physique. He is very patient but goal-oriented at the same time.
Ken Brooks and I went through a six credit college course of Yoga Teacher Training together. He was always on time. In our work in small groups he brought his vast amount of knowledge about philosophy, anatomy, and the energetic bodies with attentiveness and passion. I learned so much from Ken, and the yoga classes I had with him were always engaging and deep. He brings incredible passion, heart, and perfectly placed humor to the work he does with movement arts. His confidence and clarity brings a state of ease to his students as he guides them through movements and thoughts that are new and fascinating. He is also had great clarity and took initiative with assessing and organizing orders etc. for our yoga props and for the yoga student group he was part of. I highly recommend him!

I have experience in nutrition and fitness, but Kay challenged me greatly. He taught me moves that I never thought of, and he consistently asked me if they were challenging enough, so he valued my input. I began my weight loss journey just right thanks to him!
My experience has been excellent! The workouts that I signed up for are one hour each and the combination of upper and lower body exercises have given me greater definition as well as muscle tone within a shorter amount of time. It is the first time that I have hired a trainer and truly seen results. Each workout is custom to my needs and at a pace that I feel comfortable. Definitely worth the time and investment!
