- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive but the most Important is the quality job we are offering. I supervise all the jobs and made sure they are properly doing right. We also use quality materials so here is the different on the prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With the small jobs we normally cover all the materials and labor and after we finish they can do the full payment. The big jobs has to do 50% deposit to start the job and the other 50% at the end of the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training for big companies to have more the 30 years experience.so after we are ready we decide to start my own company. We learned different kinds of plants,mulch,gravel,sand,sod,drainage,trees,stones,and more.
