I guess we had a misunderstanding on the quote to do the job. I thought that it was as quoted $54 per hour to do the job but once the contractor showed up he quoted a flat price.

We had numerous unrelated projects, so I needed a jack of all trades. Y & G removed, cut & replaced tile in two bathrooms that included removing & replacing the toilets (plumbing). They removed, replaced & painted various areas of baseboards (had all required tools), repaired vinyl plank flooring on the stairs that squeaked & even had a tall enough ladder to take down & rehang chandeliers from my high ceilings. After the work was completed they brought in a person to clean up. I’m very happy with the work.

They were willing to come and do the work on a Saturday and not charge us extra. All the other companies I contacted charged extra. They were knowledgeable and fast with their work. We had them fix a shower head and handle that were not installed by our previous contractor. They also were able to replace an electrical outlet and the accompanying garbage disposal that was no longer working. We plan to hire them again to complete more repairs needed in our home.
