I booked a ride with M & M Limousines via Limos.com from DFW airport to my home in Flower Mound, TX on 12/08/2013 several weeks in advance. On 12/08/2013 -- while I was sitting @ LAX waiting to board my flight to DFW -- Limos.com called to let me know my reservation was being cancelled "due to the weather in Dallas". They stranded me @ the airport. When I arrived @ DFW, there were other car services waiting for their customers -- 2 who had driven to DFW all the way from Houston that very day! Yet M & M couldn't be bothered to honor their reservation with me? And Limos.com couldn't find another company to pick up where M & M failed? Luckily for me, there were taxi drivers @ the airport. I gladly paid one of them $100 to take me to my home in Flower Mound. I will NEVER pay anyone @ Limos.com or M & M Limousines a penny to take me anywhere. If you want a dependable ride, don't use Limos.com or M&M Limousines.

Hello, Is this a joke? I am sorry but the first responsibility of a transportation company is safety, not a $100 ride. You say you saw two towncars out there is that not a good enough hint for you? If you are seeing two towncars at dfw airport, you prolly should think twice on why other companies aren't out there, there were over 600 reported accidents out there and everyone was told by the city that it's not safe. God forbid we had an accident with you in it I'm pretty sure you would be quick to file a lawsuit, please consider all factors and not just the factor that you saw some money hungry transportation cars out there who didn't cars about your safety at all as long as they got paid.

I have used a lot of transportation companies before, but this company was at another level. My driver was early, car was cleaned, and the driver him self was very easy to communicate with, and easy to coordinate my night with. From picking up there phone, to opening doors, to our car being there every time we walked out M&M was amazing!! :)

I recently rented a private transportation package with an Escallade from my house in McKinney TX to drive me to a concert at the Cowboys Staidium in Arlington. Not only was the driver 20 minutes early, he took care of us the entire way there, and after the concert he was quick to find and got us out of the hectic traffic. Would Definitely recommend M&M Limos for mine and your future transportation needs!
