They contacted me early in the pickup time window to let me know when they would be there. They came at the stated time. They worked quickly and systematically moving my boxes and furniture from the storage room to the truck. It took them about 30-45 minutes to move an equivalent of 1-bedroom apartment stuff into the truck. Quick, professional and no hassle.
