Tracy is always well-prepared, and tailors each lesson to my strengths and weaknesses as I progress. She gives many examples from actual speech -- "This is how real Chinese people express this idea." She isn't contradicting the text, but expanding on it and explaining further when needed. She welcomes questions and answers them clearly. Her pronunciation, both in Chinese and English, is always clear. She has been especially patient and clear with the pronunciation of difficult sounds.
