Here's the truth: You're not broken. You're not too much, too little, or too weird. You're human. It's just that somewhere along the way, you were made to believe that your desires, your body, or your needs were something to be ashamed of. They're not. I do this work because I refuse to let shame win. I'm shameless in the best possible way—the kind of shameless that gives you permission to stop performing, stop making yourself small on account of others, and stop apologizing for who you are. My job is to be so unapologetically myself that you realize: "Wait, if she can own all of that, maybe I can too."
