My name is Autumn Maxwell LPC-A Supervised by Latasha Teamer LPC-S. At Kander Counseling and Consulting, I believe that the version of yourself the world sees isn't always the version that's actually living inside. I specialize in helping people work through identity issues, complex relational patterns, and the emotional weight that comes with them. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, which means I use a variety of proven tools tailored specifically to your unique story. So whether you are navigating neurodivergent masking, the echoes of narcissistic or borderline patterns/trauma, or deep-seated emotional struggles.
