They showed up 2.5 hours late with no truck. I guess the previous truck broke down. They kinda sat around for 10 mins before starting to bring my stuff outside to sit in the parking lot. I had to ask if the wait for the truck going against my time because they weren’t really saying anything.. 30 mins later a new set of gentleman came with a U-Haul. The younger was kinda lagging behind. When they finished up me and my mother went ahead to my new place which is about 7-10 mins from my old apartment where they picked up from.. Why did it take them 20-25 mins to get from my old place to the new? There was no traffic and they didn’t need to get on a highway or freeway… I had a feeling we should trailed behind them because I know they were going to pull that old trick… I just had them put everything in my new living room just to get it over with… They were ok, but showing up without a truck is sketch to me.. Be cautious on constantly check on them if you decide to book
