My main complaint is that when I called to ask for non-rush hour time because I didn't want to pay the travel time l to sit in traffic, I was told they don't charge travel only the move. But when it was time to settle the bill, they charged me for an extra 30 minutes for their travel time to the office. The move took 1 hr. 50 minutes so I was charged 2 hours including travel time, but I expected that as they tell you it has to be a minimum of 2 hours, but the extra 30 minutes to get them back to their office???? Also, when you pay they will only take a credit card and they text the office your credit card number....left me very uncomfortable...so I cancelled my credit card after the charge wen through. Not sure who gets that text with all that information. The men that moved was were nice. They did the job we needed. We had only big furniture to move we moved the rest ourselves. Our furniture is not new so we weren't too worried abut scratches, but all seemed okay. If you use them get their travel time pay in writing and find another way to pay them other than moving man texting the office all of your credit card information.

The absolute worse experience that you could possibly have with a company no kidding. The owner tried to bully me in paying for charges for the drive to residence and pay for the time to go to the next job which is unheard of. He threatened to take and destroy my belongings if I did not pay for the bogus chargers.
One of the gentleman smoked inside my residence and clogged the toilet while he was there.
The movers looked like they were out of prison and bullied my friends into a tip.
I could not imagine a worse experience and I am glad my wife and kids were not there because I would be scared to have them around these type of people.
