- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very fair and of course situations are different and I’d work with you under those circumstances. Outside of the hr rate there will always be truck n gas fee as well
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d figure out what exactly they’re needing moved or helped with , when would they need the service, and I’d send a quote. If they agree with the quote, I’d send over the invoice and book them into my schedule. Finally show up the day of in uniform ready to provide service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve all had load training and really it’s the past experiences that we learn from and got us to as good as we are.
