Ben, was wonderful. He did the work quick and efficiently. He checked other things before he just replaced the pump to make sure that it truly was the pump. I really appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would ask him to come back.

We had a great experience with Dallas Appliances. Ben arrived at the time he said he would and quickly identified the problem with our oven. The company quickly obtained a replacement part and arranged to install it. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Ben went above and beyond to help prevent the same problem from occurring again. This company is our new go-to for appliance repair, and we’ll request they send Ben!
