They could have better communication. Showed up with one extra person which is fine but was not told about in advance causing it to be more expensive than initially planned for. Could have been more respectful of my items and new home (scratched appliances, walls, broke furniture and other belongings). They also failed to tell us about the water line that was not removed from the old home for the fridge which caused issues and increased the time and was not resolved by end of day. Another person from their crew also showed up unannounced. Thankful for their help but took longer than it needed.

Awesome experience, I was scheduled to do a job that put me out of town for 2 weeks and Theo and his crew came to the rescue and handled the job for me perfectly with only a couple phone calls allowing me to focus on my priorities.
