I have waited for over a week to decide to write a review. Everything was fine until 2 movers showed up with no tools, no Dollie capable of moving refrigerators. I called and reminded them that they would need tools. My two refrigerators are fairly new. Not able to remove the doors my doorway from fit hen outside has damage to the door.
When they were ready to bring my refrigerator from the garage they decided to come through the front door. Just eked through and brought it through my dining room to doorway to kitchen. The wood casing to doorway was severely damaged and my new flooring was damaged. It took hours to move two refrigerators.
No one, not even the owner of the company who was there apologized for the damage, no one offered to have it fixed and what a stinking mess. The two men thought they would not be given a fair pay check and since they were not prepared to do the job it took them longer and cost us an addition 100 dollars on top of their original price and trip fee. I think from now on I will go with recommendations from my neighbors and skip these companies who really don’t care. I’ll bet no one will respond and no one will pay for the damage. My home was painted less than a year ago and my floors were put in less than a year ago as well. Now the cost to repair. Not good!! It says to add photos and it will only allow me to give them access to my photos in order to publish. I have pictures ready to go. I’m not giving anyone access to anything on my phone. Lessons learned the hard way !!
