Ashley is an amazing trainer and I would highly recommend her. She is very motivating and has fun new exercises. I wish I had time to meet with her more often!!! Her playlist is fun too!

I have been training with Ashley 2-3 times per week for the last 2.5 years with the focus being on overall fitness with an emphasis on core and lower body strength. I have seen dramatic improvement in my core/lower body strength. When I first started training with Ashley, I had constant pain in my knees. Now, I never have problems with my knees. The exercises vary each workout which keeps the training sessions fresh. The sessions are a combination of cardio and working on several body parts and go by quickly. I'm now to do point of looking forward to my training sessions.

Ashley persistently pushes me to higher levels of strength and endurance. We've been working together for many years and I love the energy she brings to her workouts. It is never redundant or boring. She's a great encourager and I feel she takes a personal interest in my success.
