- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100-200/ person. I’ll make the menu accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I draft menu, you fix it. I go buy the ingredients and prepare. I will come to your place 1.5-2hr prior to service. I cook, clean and be professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in high end fine dining, also hotels, resorts. I was also a private chef for multiple families (long term) for over 3 years
