I've been a personal trainer for 4 years. I previously worked for Golds Gym and Lifetime Fitness and am now branching out on my own. I have 2 national certifications (NASM and NCCPT) as well as a nutrition certification through NASM. I specialize in weight loss/management, muscle building, core-strengthening, corrective exercise, sports specific exercise and stability/ mobility work. One thing that sets me apart is that I'm a firm believer in muscle activation around problematic areas to reduce / diminish pain (i.e. Strengthening hamstrings to take pressure off the knees, and strengthening core to support the lower back).
I love people, and I love making people feel better. I've seen lives transformed through this - whether it's corrective, healing, or preventative, I LOVE IT ALL!
