We offer services in the following: Personal Training: We offer One-On-One private fitness training in the comfort of your apartment gym, home, or place of business. We focus on Private One-On-One Boxing and Kickboxing workouts that hit every muscle in the body and burn fat in less than an hour. We train clients how to hit the heavy bag, work the focus mitts, and all the other methods a fighter would incorporate into their workouts. Real Self-Defense Training: We offer classes in unarmed self-defense, Stickfighting, and Knife Fighting (Atienza Kali). We equip you with the skills to handle any situation that may come your way.
