I’m actually pretty pissed off w/ Anthony. Why u ask? Well because I can no longer train with him in person because he recently relocated from Cali 😔! Nonetheless , if you’re lucky enough to be near where he’s training now, don’t hesitate to hire him. Anthony is an absolutely fantastic trainer! Not only did I witness a substantial improvement in my cardiovascular health, but the focus on muscle growth and weight loss were incredibly effective. I’ve had several trainers over my lifetime, and Anthony is the only one that felt like a “personal” trainer. The guidance, the expertise, the genuine dedication to me as a client and my progress was truly unmatched. I just recently got engaged, and I thank God Anthony is releasing online programs soon because I know that he knows exactly what needs to be done to get me snatched for my wedding dress goals!” Don’t think about it.     Client will receive an intake form to complete before our 1st meeting. Schedule 1st workout Meet in person to discuss intake form and run fitness assessments Post workout, set goals for our 1st month together.
