Whether your trying to lower your body fat percentage, gain lean muscle mass, or shape/tone, I’m the right trainer for you! I have years of experience training around injury and other limitations as well. I will design and structure a training program tailored specifically towards your goal. I will hold you accountable to stay on track, and will encourage and track your progress along the way.
