I hold certifications in Corrective Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Kick Boxing, Weight Loss, Muscle Building & Conditioning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have possessed a passion for fitness from a young age but I have struggled with my weight as well. I am a former track runner and figure skater.
