Kai is more than just the average trainer. She has helped me gain lean muscle mass and improve muscle definition in my arms and core. I was looking for personal trainers in Newport Beach and found Fitness by Kai on OC Voters "Best Of", after reading reviews on multiple outlets I gave them a call. I am now my 6th month and have seen a dramtic increase in strength and muscle tone. Ill be honest what we do the gym is nothing special. We work out hard, like we should. What I feel is special is the care and.comittment I get outside of the gym. I get follow up texts, help when I have a question and a feeling constant accountability. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have possessed a passion for fitness from a young age but I have struggled with my weight as well. I am a former track runner and figure skater.
