Introduction
I've fought my own battles with body image and my health, therefore I feel I can relate to what my clients are going through. My favorite part of this job is seeing how proud my clients are of themselves when they finally hit a goal. No matter how small, it's always very inspiring for me to see the changes in them!

Heidi has been my personal trainer for nearly a year. She's been a great partner in helping me reach my fitness goals because she is not only an experienced trainer but also extremely knowledgable about nutrition and general health and wellness. She's also reliable, prompt and always keeps it real :) I highly recommend her!

Heidi has been great! We are really looking forward to being in better shape this year and this is our first time hiring a personal trainer. She is motivating and informative, NOT scary or pushy drill sergeant! She also leaves information on our workouts so we can do the same workouts on our own on days she does not come. The workouts are great and leave you feeling the burn for sure!

I have had a few personal trainers in the last few years. In just 7 months, Heidi has to listened to me, found out what my needs were, and what wasn't working. She has gotten me the results I have been looking for. She's extremely knowledgable and encouraging. I would highly recommend Heidi.

I am SO happy that I found Heidi! This was my first time working with a trainer, so I didn't really know what to expect, but Heidi was a perfect match! She talked with me and my friend that I was training with extensively about our goals so she had a sound understanding of what we wanted to achieve and she built our work out routines around our goals. It was incrediblyconvenient that she came right to my gym! Also, she made the workouts fun and changed them all the time so we never got bored! Plus, each week, she made them a little bit more challenging, so we were able to really feel the progress that we were making. Every time she came our session FLEW by because she is so fun to be around, and the workouts are a blast!

    I have a bachelors degree in Sports Management, Fitness, and Nutrition, as well as a personal training certification.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Most of the clients I work with are looking for "weight" or body fat loss. With that typically comes an increase in muscular strength.
