This was my first virtual personal training experience. Due to Covid and my interest in continuing on exercise regime, I tried Kelley Gannon and found it to be an excellent experience. Kelley Gannon was my virtual personal trainer from the beginning and it’s still a great experience I recommend it to everyone.

Amanda was great! She built a program before showing up and when I couldn’t do some of the exercises she mixed it up and kept things moving forward. I would highly recommend her.

I would give this company 0 starts except that they did give me a refund. When the sales representative 'sold' me a 12 session package, they set me up with a trainer who they said had a 5 star rating. They made up a fake rating for her and even sent me a picture with the trainers name with a 5 star review status. After I had my first session with the trainer, I was disappointed because she didn't seem to be very prepared and kept asking me 'what do you think about this or should we do this?'. I am used to working with trainers who know what they're doing and come in with a plan. I was really confused at her 5 star status. Turns out I was right. When I learned how to use their system and actually look into the trainer profiles, I realized that the trainer's review was actually around 4.4. The sales team lied to me. I don't appreciate that. So, I'm leaving this review so people are aware. I don't like leaving bad reviews but felt like I needed to leave this one.

I have worked with many yoga instructors in Miami area. Anne is by far the best I have worked with because she physically helps you to hold your postures and physically pushes you just enough within the postures so that you are truly maximizing the benefits better than anyone else.she is the most genuine instructor. Thank you for the experience!!
