- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer programs all priced monthly with 1, 2, 3 or 4x/week training along with nutrition coaching. We don't price our service per session, we know the most effective and powerful coaching requires a comprehensive, more daily approach to ensure you achieve your goals. We have a very tight structure of accountability with not just frequent exercise sessions, but daily food recording and coaching from our registered dietitian, as well as weekly counseling. If you are interested in looking further at our service options for longer term programs after the JumpStart, We can email you our info packet that contains all of our different price points. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our clients start with us through the Fitness JumpStart which is a one week, 3 session program. Session 1: Our Certified Personal Trainer will come to your home and work through a goal inventory, lifestyle survey, diet analysis, and comprehensive biometric assessment, creating a snapshot of your current health and fitness. Session 2: Our Registered Dietitian will meet with you, going over the results of your assessment, showing you both where you are strong, and where you are at risk. She will build a customized nutrition strategy for you, 100% based on your goals and current biometrics, so you can have an actionable plan to achieve the body and health you want. Should you become a long-term client, she’ll be your nutrition coach, holding you accountable to make the necessary changes to enjoy the body and health you want! Session 3: Our Certified Personal Trainer will come to your home with all necessary equipment for a total body workout, teaching you the most important exercises for your goals, and how to perform them with proper form and technique, to yield maximum results in minimum time. After the Jumpstart, you have the decision to continue into a longer term program with us.
