Introduction: We are all about the animals. We never nickel and dime a customer for the items that their pets need. If they need oatmeal shampoo, we don't charge more because of the need. Shampoo, regardless of the type all costs basically the same, so it's unfair to pass an unnecessary charge on to a client.
I have always loved being around animals, and to be able to receive the amount of love from each one I meet is the greatest reward!
