Honestly, it’s a snow storm in Dallas and I did not expect anyone to be able to fix my phone. The customer service representative called me several times with updates on the tech ETA. Needed to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed after cracking it, got on thumbtack and GoldenTouch responded within the hour saying they could. Great availability and easy to schedule with them. Brandon (the IT tech) came to my location and was very fast at fixing my screen. It feels like new!
