- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We require a deposit that will go towards the full amount. Pricing from digital and prints are different
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we have check If the date is available we will require a deposit. We will keep in contact. Once it starts getting closer to the event approximately 2-3 weeks before. We will set up a time to meet at the venue so we can customize the layout.
