I have loved having the opportunity to work with Michelle over the past few months. My skill level is beginner but I feel that I have made so much progress since working with her. She is patient and receptive, which motivates and inspires me to improve. During each lesson, Michelle’s priority is engaging me in the process and helping me work past my weaknesses. I cannot recommend her enough!Jul 6, 2019

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with Minors in Music Theory and German; Master of Business Administration in Business Management with a focus on Innovation
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?My most recent student piano recital was an absolute success with performances of solo works, duets, concertos, and a six-handed ensemble work. My students were excited and volunteered themselves to play, and even my youngest students were unafraid and introduced themselves and their pieces in front of the audience. Another successful project was tutoring memorization techniques. My student who struggles with memorizing vocabulary words was able to memorizing a list of 20 new words and their meanings in under 30 minutes using the Memory Palace technique. She retained these words even after two weeks due to the creative and fun process involved with this technique.
