- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always open to negotiate that best price for both of us so don't be afraid to reach out. I do require a non-refundable booking fee to hold a session date and time. This fee is 25% of the full fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This begins your project. I like to schedule a time to "meet" over the phone at least, or even in person for bigger jobs, to talk about your project and make sure I'm the right photographer for your needs. After that, I'll a proposal with a contract. After the booking fee is paid there might be a few questions here or there until your session date. I take pride in trying to be prompt with communication and accessible through our whole project.
