FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to have a discussion to work within someone's budget. Whether that means we negotiate on deliverables or hours at an event. I want to make the process smooth and not make you feel like you're just a number to me. I want to have a relationship with my clients and do what I can to provide the best possible experience. I am happy to have a discussion to see if we can work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The biggest thing for new customers is understanding what your expectations are. I need to know what you are wanting from me so that we do not do our shoot and then you are disappointed. Better to be upfront and honest from the beginning so I can provide you with the best possible service. Know what type of shoot you want, how many photos you're looking for, and how many hours you are looking for your shoot. If you do not know any of these things I am happy to help provide my expertise and insight I just need you to be honest with me upfront! I love to get to know my clients and build relationships with them before we shoot so I can make our experience more personal and not just a transaction. We will do a call to see what you would like then I can provide quotes over email or text for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting photography for over 10 years now. I am highly experienced in Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and many other programs. I am a licensed drone pilot. I have worked with brands like Virgin Voyages, Best Western, Nomadix, Reef, Nature Valley, and many more. I bring the same level of professionalism to the local clients I shoot with in Dallas.
