I am an amateur real estate investor from California and I was looking for an easy way to invest into SFR in Texas. Darwin Property Management has been great to work with because they service the three markets that I invested in, so I only have to deal with one person. I only met one person from Darwin at my Dallas property after closing on the home. Mike was professional and clearly understood how to operate rental property.

Mike is the man! I just hired Darwin to rent and manage my house in Oak Cliff. It was my first home and I didn't want to sell it, but wasn't really working for us as the fam grew. The people at Darwin explained the whole property management process, and when I met Mike out at the house, he did a great job answering my questions and letting me know what work was needed to get the home rented out for top dollar. Here's to a new year with new money from an old house! Cha Ching!

I've a;ways leased out my rental property myself, but after I wasn't able to get any tenants for close to 2 months, I hired Darwin to lease it out for me, They had it photographed and listed within 3 days of our first call and got it leased within a week. I'll definitely call them again next time it needs to be leased.

I live in a property managed by Darwin. I felt compelled to write a review because I am so relieved they manage my home. The owner switched managers because repairs took forever and the property manager was really hard to get in touch with. Darwin is easy to contact and Christy is great to work with.

Darwin Homes Property Management provided an amazing experience. I moved out of Dallas to live with my children nearby and am new to rental real estate. Carly walked me through the process, they inspected the next day and I had a renter in my house within 3 weeks. Really enjoy their frequent email communication.
