I am an amateur real estate investor from California and I was looking for an easy way to invest into SFR in Texas. Darwin Property Management has been great to work with because they service the three markets that I invested in, so I only have to deal with one person. I only met one person from Darwin at my Dallas property after closing on the home. Mike was professional and clearly understood how to operate rental property.

I live in a property managed by Darwin. I felt compelled to write a review because I am so relieved they manage my home. The owner switched managers because repairs took forever and the property manager was really hard to get in touch with. Darwin is easy to contact and Christy is great to work with.

Darwin Homes Property Management provided an amazing experience. I moved out of Dallas to live with my children nearby and am new to rental real estate. Carly walked me through the process, they inspected the next day and I had a renter in my house within 3 weeks. Really enjoy their frequent email communication.

After dealing with an eviction process, I decided to get a property manager. I always had an idea of what a property manager was until I started doing research online. I found Darwin Property Management on thumbtack. Darwin Property Management offers a lot of service and value for the price. Quite frankly, I was just tired of dealing with tenants and maintenance people. Darwin has been great so far. We will see if they can keep it up.
