Darwin Homes Property Management

I am an amateur real estate investor from California and I was looking for an easy way to invest into SFR in Texas. Darwin Property Management has been great to work with because they service the three markets that I invested in, so I only have to deal with one person. I only met one person from Darwin at my Dallas property after closing on the home. Mike was professional and clearly understood how to operate rental property.

Talk about a WOW experience. I've had 2 horrible experience with local property managers and was beginning to lose faith in the entire investment property experience. I bought my home through Roofstock and have had my returns wiped away by mismanagement. In y investor meet up, I asked others for any recommendations for property managers they've had great experiences with, and someone who has properties across San Antonio and Austin provided a glowing recommendation. They recently entered into the Dallas market and love the phone conversation and in person meeting. I've had them for 8 weeks and the owner payouts are consistently on time with detailed explanations.

Mike is the man! I just hired Darwin to rent and manage my house in Oak Cliff. It was my first home and I didn't want to sell it, but wasn't really working for us as the fam grew. The people at Darwin explained the whole property management process, and when I met Mike out at the house, he did a great job answering my questions and letting me know what work was needed to get the home rented out for top dollar.
