I was impressed with Eddie Davis' truthfulness and real estate knowledge. I contacted Eddie to incorporate his propertymanagement fees to my cash flow estimates. So far, so good.
I havent actually worked with them, but the initial set up was easy, and Ed has been extremely helpful.
Its taken a lot of stress away, since I am out of the country and needed to get my condo ready for tennants.

I contacted DAVIS company based on the opinion of a couple people that I knew had rented and had used them I was very impressed with his detailed knowledge of the market and his willingness to work with me and finding a client also his willingness to if I found a renter for him that he would Discount his charges for getting a runner very satisfied with these people and they are probably be the ones that I will use to manage my property

The condominium management company notified me of a problem with my tenant (they only correspond with owners of the condo development). I contacted Davis PropertyManagement (DPM) and the problem was resolved immediately. Otherwise, I would have been subject to a hefty penalty. I appreciated the prompt, professional and courteous handling and resolution of the problem. My tenant corrected the problem with apologies as soon as he was notified by DPM. My tenant wasn’t offended because DPM’s approach was courteous and respectful and I avoided having to pay a substantial fine.
