A refined attention to detail. Very fast and efficient. After one conversation and a site visit, their team was able to stage and capture the exact lifestyle that my home can offer a short term rental. Once the staging pictures were published, the interest in my loft exploded!! I went into contract in less than 2 weeks from staging!!! Woo hoo!!

I believe every property should be staged, even in a seller's market. Because No Vacancy staging highlighted each staged rooms attributes, buyers did not have to work hard to envision how they would live in the home. Their staging transformed this vacant house into a home! We had multiple offers over list price and the accepted offer was the highest sales price ever recorded in the neighborhood.
