- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and flexible -- we cater to your needs! Owners will find our prices to be very competitive because we allow them to control the decisions and financials. We've found that this provides a lot higher customer satisfaction, with no surprises to owners. Select from management only or add tenant placement (also known as leasing). Most owners love the flat rate package for tenant placement, where we offer showings and a move in inspection at a flat rate. If you are very price conscious, ask about the software-only package. It provides all of the tools and resources at a much more affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a phone call to make sure that we're the correct solution for you. Our customer-first centric model makes it where we do not want to take customers who will not benefit tremendously from our services. Then, we'll schedule a time to come view your rental. The technology keeps you at ease, as there is continuous communication on next steps and recommendations.

Your success is our success. The team offers phone, text, email, and online support. Our agents have 20+ years in property management and are licensed in their region. Our business team has 10+ years in the property management industry. Our technology team comes from the top Silicon Valley tech companies, such as Google and Apple.
