Generally property management will run 8-10% depending on the services requested. Discounts are available depending on the services requested and the number of properties under management. Contact us for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New property owners love us because we make the onboarding process easy. We can do everything electronically or meet in person to go over the paperwork. After that, every owner will have access to an online portal where they can view all the information about their property, payment history, maintenance requests, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is so much... Obviously as a property manager I am a licensed realtor. But I have also taken many specialized classes specifically related to property management, many from TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) and NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).
