- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing system for our business that is probably under industries pricing due to owning our equipment ,owning our facility and having in house staff. Our low overhead gives our clients a bit more breathing room with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to sit down and have a consultation with the customer on the project. Once we have a scope of the project we will put together a quote for what it will take to get the project done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue to attend seminars and trade shows in order to keep up on whats the latest and greatest in our field. We also believe networking with other production houses is extremely important. There is a lot to learn from people who have been in this industry for many years.
