Built to Last was an awesome company. They came out on a Saturday, demoed and rebuilt the roof of my patio room. No hassle to us, reasonable price and excellent work. I’d recommend them to anyone needing roofing done at their homes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With any roof repairs or replacements, the situation always varied case by case. We will supply our homeowners with an estimate at the end of our inspections.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple. We will need our homeowners to first trust us with their home and let us do an inspection to find out what the home will need to be corrected. We are able to help file their claim to the insurance company (If needed). We work diligently to get the roof replaced. We do a final inspection along with the homeowner to make sure they are happy with the results. When the homeowner is happy, we get paid. We will then issue a 5yr warranty and a certificate of completion.
