I can't say enough good things about Sammy and the work he did on our behalf to get a new roof paid for by our insurance company. Prior to hiring Sammy and Priority Roofing, our initial claim was denied stating we had missing shingles but other than that our roof was in good shape. I chose a contractor to message on Thumbtack re our roof and it was Sammy (I did not message Priority Roofing) who responded w/in 15min and said he could be over in an hour to take a look...this was a Sunday afternoon.
Sammy showed and looked over the roof taking many pictures. Let me know there was no doubt the roof was in bad shape and the insurance company most likely denied the claim due to us not having a contractor. I agreed to let Sammy handle our roof and re-submit the claim and he took it from there. He handled everything and kept me informed by text or phone every step of the way. Sammy got the claim approved and we set a installation date for a Saturday. We were hosting a graduation party the next day and Sammy assured me they would get it done in a day. We have a good sized roof w/ many pitches but Sammy but they were true to their word. His crew and site foreman showed up at 7am and completed the job about 8pm.
If you are looking at roofing contractors, or aren't sure who to start with, I will tell you to look no further than Sammy Ramirez and Priority Roofing. I will gladly serve as a reference for anyone who has more questions...Sammy knows how to get in touch with me. I'm sure there are plenty of quality contractors in the area, but I'm also sure there are plenty I wouldn't trust at all. Without a doubt you can trust Sammy.
