- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to chat for about 20 minutes to get to know about the student and his or her needs. It is important to know their educational background, any strengths/weaknesses, and extracurricular activities. This really helps me learn a little more before we meet the student. Then we start establishing a relationship with the student. We assess if it will be a good fit for everyone involved; it is crucial that a relationship form.
