I’ll be honest…I was a little leery at first, having never used Thumbtack. Connected with JM Moving, asking for a quote. Via text through the app, I gave him the details and we came to an agreement to move a furniture piece at a price he quoted. All communication was just via text and there was nothing “official” in terms of signing any agreement, but they performed the job just as planned and they even rolled with some last minute changes that we had to take into account. I’d hire JM Moving for any future moving project! These guys were great!
