I highly recommend Konstantin as I will definitely call him on future projects. Konstantin installed a new kitchen sink after discovering my original sink was improperly installed with sink mounts. He was very responsive with all my questions before the job. Helped me pick out the proper size sink suggesting a variety of models. Eduardo is a very capable plumber who did a great job installing our top mount kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He was also pretty adaptable, for example in how he made some minor adjustments to the sink itself when we realized it was slightly too big for our counter cut out. He found a solution to this roadblock, and was committed to doing a good job. I would definitely hire Eduardo again or recommend him to others.

We were very happy with Emmanuel. He did a great job installing our new undermount sink. He knew what he needed to have to get the job done properly, and sent us the link for us to order some clips off Amazon ahead of time. He also had to troubleshoot a small issue onsite, and he did that with no problem. He was very careful with our cabinets and countertops as he had to really work to get the sink in the existing hole. I would highly recommend Emmanuel.

Steve was excellent!! Prior to, I had a handyman and a professional plumber attempt to install my kitchen faucet with no success (One even told me I needed to get my granite and sink replaced). Steve showed up on time and figured out the trick to install the faucet in a tight/narrow space with ease. I appreciate his expertise and will definitely use him for any future handyman/plumbing projects. My faucet looks beautiful!!!

Job was to replace a two-hole kitchen sink/faucet with a new one-hole version. I received a quick response, answered my questions, and scheduled to come by same-day. Hashem was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, professional - all of the things you hope for. The price was fair, completed in about an hour, and I paid what was quoted. The installation included re-connecting my garbage disposal and dishwasher connects. He tested the system in front of me and provided after-care instructions. Really nice experience and I highly recommend!

Luis is fantastic! Thumbtack would only let me choose 3 things that I liked about working with him but he was also super responsive and the value was good. He was able to work me in same day which was a blessing. He installed 5 new sink faucets in under 1 1/2 hours and was so fast. The works was quick, well done, and professional. Unfortunately I must leave a 1 star review. The initial contact with Rey was promising and his pricing was very reasonable. I had new countertops being put in and I needed 4 sink faucets disconnected for the install and needed to have the 4 new faucets installed a day after completion of the project. He agreed to this and was responsive and fair. On day one for the disconnect of the faucets he called after our agreed upon start time to say he was running late as he had to assist with a flat tire for a family member. The countertop crew was to arrive at 10 so we had limited time but it ended up woking out. He disconnected them and left and I paid him for that work. He was to return on Wednesday for the installation of the 4 new faucets. I sent him a text because 2 had not arrived asked him if he wanted to come Wednesday or if he preferred to wait until Friday. He chose Friday and we agreed. We also added the installation of one additional faucet and a toilet repair. This was set for Friday at 9. Thursday he sent a text to confirm for Friday morning. I asked if he was planing to arrive at 930. He asked if he could come earlier and I said I could do 830. We agreed. Later that night at 830pm he sent me a text and called to say he was still on a job that had taken all day long and was needing to return first thing in the morning. He asked if he could push our job back til 12 or so and I agreed. Around 1130 am Friday Rey sent a text and confirmed it would be closer to 1 pm. He eventually arrived about 245pm. He started the job but then needed to go to the store for some parts. He came back and was here about 20 minutes ad said he needed to go back to the store for gaskets. He sent me a text at 6pm stating he had to go to another parts supplier and I offered him the choice of doing the job Saturday since he had been working nonstop for a couple days and now the job was going to go until 9 pm by the time he got back. We agreed a he would go to supply store in the morning and finish up. I was happy to agree to this for both of our schedules. He asked me what time, and said he was good with whatever we chose so I said around 9am. Saturday morning at 917am I sent a text to find out when he would be here and did not get a repose. We called and left a voice message at 953am, no reply. Sent another text and no reply. It is 2 hours later and I have heard nothing and have 3 bathroom sinks with no water. Initially he was good about communicating and I was very accommodating and agreeable. The 1 star review is the only rating I can give due to not responding the day of service after all leeway given on our side. He has left us high and dry with zero communication and now we have to find someone else to get the job done, not to mention that we have sat here for hours waiting.
