Great response and service. I was able to schedule an appointment on the next day and Fix the leak in my sprinklersystem. Lionel was very friendly and even explained me how to fix similar problems by myself.

Lionel responded very quickly to my inquiry on Nextdoor. I called his number, he answered and said he could be here today. Lionel came by himself. He spent about an hour repairing a couple of water line breaks, repaired and adjusted all the sprinkler heads as needed and left the system working great!

my prices are reasonable. unlike other companies I try my best to give you a free no obligation estimate, as much as is reasonably possible because everything is underground.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
give them as much as I can a full knowledge of the problem to the level that can understand since they're not in the business. Although some people would rather that you just fix the problem and avoid all the minutiae of information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a university level education. I went to the University of Texas at Rio Grande. took classes with a company that has since been bought out, took classes with them back in the 80s.
