Gene and his brother did an amazing job eliminating the mustard algae that was starting to grow in my pool. They also successfully repaired my hot tub, which had been losing water overnight. I was so impressed with their work that I have hired them for regular monthly maintenance moving forward. Highly recommended!

A few years ago, he accidentally showed up at the wrong house — mine. I noticed him on my cameras and started watching. He was doing things my previous pool guy never did, and I ended up watching him for about 30 minutes. The work looked really good. When he finished, I went outside to ask his name and who sent him. That’s when he realized he had the wrong address.
Since then, I hired him, and we’ve been working together for over three years. I’ve also recommended him to two of my neighbors, and now all three of us — side by side — use his service. We’re all very happy with the work he does.”

Looking for a new pool service? There are 3 things to look for: 1) Competence, 2) Reliability and 3) Easy to work with. Dallas Blue Pool rates a “10” on all three… and more. We have used Jean for several years and have NEVER regretted our choice. Jean takes excellent care of our pool, anticipates issues, and handles any that may arise. His service fee is very reasonable for the services rendered. We entrust our pool care to him and we never have to think about it. We get a written pool care memo with photos every month. After a problem I had during the winter, a coworker recommended Jean to check my pool system. He came with his brother and did an excellent job fixing some pipes that broke due to the cold winter temperatures.
Since then, I’ve hired him, and he has been taking care of my pool for almost two years now. He always does a great job, is very attentive, and responds quickly whenever there is an emergency.
I highly recommend him and his company. They are very professional and truly care about their work.
