- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price does not include chemicals. This has caused some controversy and confusion but each month the chemicals may vary. I only charge for what is used and if you want to simply provide chemicals, you can do that as well. I also do repairs with a minimum two hour labor and can work on everything that isn't underground. I unfortunately do not do tile or plaster repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very straightforward and simple. I need the address, phone number and email and I can start working immediately. Simply send me a message and I'll get you scheduled either same day or within a few days depending on current circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
