Dupre arrived at the appointment time. He reviewed all spaces and spoke about what I (the homeowner) needed to do in order to ensure he worked quickly and effectively. He then got to work!
Dupre works very autonomously and was giving me an update every 1.5 hours of:
1) What he's doing right now
2) What he has completed
3) Where he's located now, and what will be off limits
4) Where he needs to be prepped or blocked off next
Additionally, he worked well with the other trades that were also working in the building. Ensuring to tell them where he was at, and where they couldn't be (along with the amount of off-limits time).
After completion, Dupre did a good & welfare checklist review of care for the floors. He urged me to get in contact with him about any problems and that he would look forward to any questions, complaints, or concerns from the customer.
Definitely will be advocating his service to neighbors and future neighbors in the neighborhood.
