The quality of the work was exceptional. Dupre & Me services clearly hold themselves to extremely high standards of professionalism and service- they spend two days cleaning the tiles, grout, applying sealants and caulking the baseboards. I had to give no feedback - everything was managed by them! And my floors now look completely refreshed. Dupre (Arnell) also had a personal emergency but still kept his promised appointment - I highly recommend hiring him and my husband and I look forward to working with him again!

Dupre showed up on time and with ALL materials for the extent of his project. I made sure to provide him with detailed photos of the spaces he'd be working in, with an approximate measurement of the spaces. Dupre arrived at the appointment time. He reviewed all spaces and spoke about what I (the homeowner) needed to do in order to ensure he worked quickly and effectively. He then got to work! Dupre works very autonomously and was giving me an update every 1.5 hours of: 1) What he's doing right now 2) What he has completed 3) Where he's located now, and what will be off limits 4) Where he needs to be prepped or blocked off next Additionally, he worked well with the other trades that were also working in the building. Ensuring to tell them where he was at, and where they couldn't be (along with the amount of off-limits time). After completion, Dupre did a good & welfare checklist review of care for the floors. He urged me to get in contact with him about any problems and that he would look forward to any questions, complaints, or concerns from the customer. Definitely will be advocating his service to neighbors and future neighbors in the neighborhood.

His attention to detail and determination to complete a job that was probably bigger than we all anticipated were admirable. He redid grout color and sealed (after cleaning it) for 1800 square feet of house. It took longer than we all expected but he pushed through and didn’t cut corners and the house looks amazing!! We would 100% recommend him! He was affordable, hard working and pleasant.
