- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scale of the job, 25% of the total may be required to start the project. I do offer a 10% discount for veterans and those in medical field.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting everything down clearly so there’s no mistakes and everyone’s on same page. Also, being trusted is big to me. I want the clients to feel relaxed knowing their project is in great hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in this trade for over 15 years. Of course I wasn’t as good now then, but experience has brought me to where I am now. Being a helper for years has helped me sponge a lot of great techniques and tips provided by experienced painters. I’ve worked with a couple painting companies before deciding to start on my own.
