I was referred to him by someone he knows at first I was sceptical but decided to give him a try, he was very polite. Responded pretty quickly, my washer and dryer were both having problems and I used him for both,he explained what was wrong with them and what he was doing while fixing them he is awesome and price is very good for his work, i will continue to use him in the future for any other fixes or services I may need

Ending up going with someone else. That being said Mr. Williams provided a great price and was completely professional. I had already committed and I’m not the type of person to de-commit. Otherwise it would have been a simple choice to go with him. He offered a detailed estimate and his follow ups were refreshingly professional for this site.
