Brent Stover is a consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and took great care to be certain that cleaning products would not damage our fine rugs. He carefully tested our rugs for "bleed out coloring," made a determination about the proper and safe products to use, left our home to purchase the proper products and then carefully and safely cleaned the rugs. The work was done at an affordable price, too. We are very, very pleased with the results of his work.

I can't say enough good things! Brent was right on time, was the first to respond to my quote request, was 100% professional, and attentive to every detail. He resurrected an expensive area rug I thought was ruined by an old dog, he extracted a CRAZY amount dog hair and dust from my carpet (right after I had vacuumed with a Dyson!), and he got some paint stains out of my 6 year old's bedroom carpet. Omniclean was the best! I can't wait to find another excuse to use them again.

Brent was fantastic!! The playroom and daughter’s carpet had lots of patches of slime/glue and dye on them..had had them cleaned twice already and still marks could be seen.
Brent came out at short notice and cleaned the carpets perfectly!!! They looked like new.
To top it all he was the best price of all the carpetcleaners! I would highly recommend him.

Maximized value. Our vast amount of experience enables us to quote competitive prices for quality work. We are a newer company in the DFW market therefore all quotes are discounted on Thumbtack to encourage customers to work with us so they can experience the value of Omniclean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Under promise and over deliver. Once we get information about a job a customer posts on Thumbtack we quote the job with an aggressive price that is realistic to get us in the running against our competitors. Once contact is established we help with any questions or concerns to assure the customer we can provide the results they are looking for. We are then ready to schedule and initiate a professional experience for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience is our education, we have literally cleaned thousands of items during the past 8 years. We have benefited from formal training, however we consistently educate ourselves via research and by fine tuning our process in the way we use equipment and other products. Every cleaning situation presents unique challenges, drawing on our experience allows up to predict an outcome of a project and then prove it with the results.
