- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We commission work on a fixed rate basis versus an hourly rate, which offers you more for your investment rather than nickel-and-diming you. A fixed-rate quote does not include any Thumbtack service fee, which the client will cover. Our fixed-rate quotes are negotiable based on the complexity, length, timeline, and your budget requirements. Please contact us for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Approach to the Job: OUR CONSULTATION APPROACH (FREE) A. Preliminary conversation via phone, Teams, email, or Thumbtack to better understand the scope of work, deliverables, business, target audience, etc. B. We'll review any project documents, files, video, etc., for us to provide production, creative, and editorial recommendations C. You review recommendations, and we answer any questions and provide feedback D. You decide to move forward with us or pass E. Schedule Kick-off meeting via email, phone, or Teams F. Agree upon project milestones, requirements, and fixed price, and then we are ready to get our creative juices flowing OUR PROJECT APPROACH (not limited to) - Get to know you and your business, services, products, and voice - Understand your market - Understand your competitors, especially their use of video - Understand your customer (B2B, B2C, segment, etc.) - We provide a Project Executive Summary Report so you know we understand your focus, goals, and business (upon request) - Align your video to the look & feel of your corporate style guide, product, brand, website, and/or collateral material About VOOVEO: At VOOVEO, we bridge the gap between vision and finished product. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in TV/Film Production and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Adult Learning. This combination uniquely equips me to design content that is not only visually engaging but also instructionally sound, whether I am creating videos, eLearning, marketing materials, or websites. I have worked with both small businesses and large brands, tailoring creative solutions to diverse audiences and objectives. I also stay current by regularly exploring new editing techniques, learning technologies, design, and website trends through articles, courses, and real-world applications.
