Alert, attentive, insightful, sensitive to the client's desires only begins to describe Shane the filmmaker-storyteller of CinemaStory as he researches and designs with you to portray your vision for your project. He then accomplishes the actual task efficiently and competently. He fulfills what he projects for production completion which is refreshing. The end result---a capture on film that won't be forgotten! Personally, we were mesmerized when we viewed the wedding video for the first time that we contracted Shane to film. My spouse and I used CinemaStory Productions for our little boys first birthday. This was a huge event for our family and I wanted everything to be perfect because this is our first child and he only turns one once. Shane was absolutely amazing! We contacted CinemaStory several months ahead of time to make sure he had an opening and book a date. As the weeks got closer to picture day Shane followed up with me to make sure everything was set up for success and went over/reminded me of any details I needed know for the day of the pictures. The big day was here, we woke up eager and excited to get the session started. On the way to our first location, my spouse and I got lost. As we are lost and trying to find our way to the site, my little boy got sick and started throwing up in the car. In my mind, I just kept thinking oh my goodness this is going to be a nightmare! My son had just threw up and now is crying and we were lost! We called Shane and explained everything to him, and he was very understandable. Shane asked if we wanted to reschedule (as we were over 30mins late at this point), but we had finally found the right route and were about to be there. We pulled up to the location, I cleaned my little boy off and calmed him down and standing there was Shane and his assistant with huge smiles on their face and donuts for us! It was so sweet and nice of them to do that for us! We got my little boy changed and started the pictures! Shane and his assistant Vera did such great work with my son. We set up the props and Shane made sure that the set up looked like what I had pictured in my head. The pictures turned out beautiful and made tears come to my eyes when I received them. This was a special moment for us, and the pictures captured my sons personality perfectly. CInemaStory went over and beyond for my family and I would highly recommend Shane to everyone I know!

Shane is a fantastic Filmmaker! We worked together on a project for an international weight loss health minded company. 5 full days of shooting. Cinema Story did a fantastic job with our wedding video. The whole experience was probably the smoothest factor when it came to wedding planning and vendors. Anytime I had a question Shane would respond very quickly which left me at ease, especially with all of the stress. With the quality of his work I knew I did not have to give him much direction and it turned out phenomenonal. The turnaround time was fast which was a huge plus as well. We will always cherish our video as a great way to remember our special day.

I had a great experience with Shane when he met me to take pictures for my undergraduate graduation. I chose 3 different locations and he was great at finding the area with the best background/lighting at each place. My pictures turned out fantastic, and I would recommend him to anyone!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the production details. We have standard rate cards that can give you an idea of what production and post-production (editing) will look like and will give you an exact price after a free consult call/meeting to go over your needs and expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consult to make sure we are the perfect match for your needs and expectations. After the consult we will provide you with a total bid with no hidden fees. If you decide to move forward we will book your production and invoice you a deposit amount. Final amount is due before file release to you. We are in communication with you the entire way and only a call, text or email away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from The University of North Texas in 2009 with a bachelors in Radio-Television-Film (RTVF). Our team continues to learn the latest techniques both in art and tech as our field of video production continues to evolve on a daily basis.
